Born in the Middle Ages, Joan of Arc is a crucial figure in French history. At the age of 17 she was the youngest person to ever com-mand an army of a nation and, in only a few months, managed to change the outcome of the Hundred Years' War (1337-1453), held between France and England. Adding her brilliant victories to all of her all-correct prophetic ability, her devotion to God and commit-ment to purity - that made her into a saint -, her story can only be described as incredible.
