JM-R 2063 PRESS BRAKE
You may not wish higher specification machine but ofcourse this not mean you can not have
accuracy and precision.
We designed JM-R Series press brake for simple to use, performance and precision. And also for
high quality bend accuracy and repetability at least five-fold higher than conventional press brake.
JM-R Series press brake daylight, stroke and throat depth designs are specially designed for
deep bends and long tools.
Machine Block
JM-R series press brake features a rigid frame for minimum deflection under the load. The frame steels are
German origin, ultrasonic controlled & ST-44 material. Machine welding is made by welding aparatus & welding
robots. After the welding,we make stress relief process by vibration system. After the stress relief process
machine frame goes to CNC 5 axes machining centers for accuracy,. All referance surfaces and connection holes
are machined. By all this processes machine frame sensivity is protected for a long life time.
RAM POSITIONING SYSTEM - Y1, Y2
In this system each cylinder operates independently. Linear encoders are mounted on a separate sub frame on
each side of the machine. These encoders combined with servo hydraulic valves and the CNC command center,
provide a 0.001mm accuracy and the ability to program all ram position, speeds and ram tilt. The
decompression point is also programmable, this feature along with programmable speeds is very useful when
bending large sheets.
LARGE WORKING SPACE (STROKE, DAYLIGHT & THROAT)
The large openings and strokes of the JM-S Series facilitate the versatile production of parts requiring increased clearance to profitably and easily produce. This includes but is not limited to the production of deep sectioned four sided boxes. This provides for more clearance when bending parts with larger flanges. In some cases this allows the buyer to purchase a smaller overall bend length press brake, a cost savings, as this large clearance allows large flange bending on the overall bend length dimensions of the machine. For example, a 3m part with a large flange may be bent on a 3m JM-S, but could require buying a 3,7m machine from other manufacturers, when this gap dimension is smaller. - Machine ram made from outside houising to the machine frame.There is no housing inside of the machine & by this solution you are very flexible to work at between columns. - Optic linear guide system is fixed to the machine bed by seperatedarm. By this solution you are able to record all yaw values. This solution helps you to adjust your bendings sensitities&repeatibilities. -Machine hydraulic tank,motor & hydraulic units are compact designed on top of the machine. By our compact design, we maximised the machine for your specific bendings & collision free. -Machine throat depth is maximised & throat designis specialised for your specific bendings. And also to make this solution we increased the machine width,height and weight.
JM-S PRESS BRAKE CYLINDERS
In order to allow tilting of the ram without damage,because
we use spherical connections. This type of connection also
allows peak forces to be absorbed gently.
STANDARD JMT X AXIS BACK GAUGE
Our standard JM-R series press brake is equipped with CNC controlled back gauge that automatically adjusts the X
(depth) and R (manual) axes to ensure your material is always positioned accurately, resulting in higher quality
finished parts. Axis movements are driven by Mitsubishi AC Servo Motors and Mitsubishi drives. Using the best
components, such as HIWIN linear guides,ball screws,our back gauge movements are fast and precise,with X-axis
speeds.
X,R AXES CNC BACK GAUGE SYSTEM (OPTIONAL)
CNC controlled back gauge that automatically adjusts the X (depth) and R (heightl) axes to ensure your material is
always positioned accurately, resulting in higher quality finished parts. Axes movements are driven by Mitsubishi
AC Servo Motors and Mitsubishi drives. Usingthe best components, such as HIWIN linear guides, ball screws, our
back gauge movements are fast and precise,with X-axis speeds up to 800 mm/sec and accuracy to 0,01mm.
MANUAL TABLE CROWNING (STANDARD)
This feature eliminates the need for time consuming shimming by creating an adjustable crown in the middle of the
table. In this system and over under wedge system creates a stable crown to the center of the table or bed .
AUTOMATIC CNC TABLE CROWNING (OPTIONAL)

DELEM DA52 CONTROL UNIT (STANDARD)
The compact DA-52s is a complete CNC solution for conventional
as well as synchronised press brakes.The panel based control,
capable of controlling up to 4 axes, can be integrated in cabinets
as well as in an optional pendulant arm housing.Equipped with
the Delem user-friendly user interface, the DA-52s provides all
main press brake functionality.The unique ‘hotkey’ navigation
gives direct access to the programs in memory and enables quick
and easy programming of a product. All common bend
parameters are located on one page. For advanced parameters
an additional page can be selected. Angle programming of the Y-
axis, crowning function and pressure control are standard on
board.USB interfacing enables the use of memory sticks as a fast
product and tool backup medium.
