Building SurveyingThe team advise on a range of needs using their complete technical understanding on the condition and future performance of a building’s structure and fabric. These include due diligence for transactions and financing, maintenance and repair, dilapidations, reinstatement cost, environmental assessments and CDM co-ordination.
Project ManagementAcross all property types the team deliver new construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects. We fulfil a variety of roles including Project Manager, Development Manager, Development Monitor and Contract Administrator.
Cost ManagementAt every phase of a project and throughout the property lifecycle, the team provide sophisticated forecasting, budgeting, costing, procurement, contracting and financial reporting skills.
