The General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) certifies that, under the authority of the UAE Civil Aviation Law, the Certificate Holder has been successfully assessed against the requirements of UAE Civil Aviation Regulations for the issue of an Instrument Flight Procedure Design Certificate.

This Certificate is issued subject to the following Parts:

Part 1 Standard Conditions

Part 2 Scope and Specific Conditions

Part 3 Accepted Post Holders

The GCAA may restrict, suspend or revoke this Certificate at any time where the certificate holder fails to comply with the provisions set forth in UAE Civil Aviation Law and UAE Civil Aviation Regulations.

This Certificate shall remain in effect unless surrendered, suspended, transferred or revoked.

The General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) under the authority of the UAE Civil Aviation Law, Federal Act No. 20, 1991 , Article 27, certificates the provision of an Instrument Flight Procedure Design Service by the Service Provider within the United Arab Emirates subject to the following conditions:

1. The Certificate is for use only by the Service Provider and by persons specifically authorised by the Service Provider.

2. The validity of this Certificate is based on the particulars contained in the accepted Exposition and related manuals, and continued effectiveness of the Service Provider's Safety and Quality Management Systems.

3. Services shall comply with the UAE Civil Aviation Regulations.

4. The Service Provider shall allow GCAA inspectors unrestricted access to the Unit, and all safety related documents for the purpose of regulatory oversight.

5. Required corrective actions arising from GCAA audits shall be completed by the agreed dates or as specified in subsequent correspondence from the GCAA.

6. Specific conditions may be added; these shall be stated on Part 2 of this Certificate.
