The application for the proposed $100,000 rebate from Austin Energy became a reality in August 2009.

Our solar interconnection equipment line up…includes inverters, combiner panel, solar production meter, and A/C disconnect switch. All back feeding into existing building distribution panel.

Site challenge:Metering as required by Austin Energy.
Main electrical service is on another building from our solar interconnection.
(Requires coordination with Austin Energy and variances for metering)

Included with our solar installation was a “real time” production/consumption flat panel monitor in our Parish Life Center lobby.

Production has been shown to exceed proposal projections.

Note:
This is not representative of total production since PV system was installed.
At a point in the past we converted monitoring over to a new system and was unable to carry forward production up to that point.
We are quite pleased with our solar production with absolutely zero system maintenance costs.
