DELIVERABLE 6.3REPORT ON COMMUNICATION & DISSEMINATION ACTIVITIES● Currently under preparation.● Based, in part, on information gathered via reporting template forwarded to all partners.● Quality and usefulness of report will depend on quality and quantity of information received.● For January reporting period, we received 3 completed forms, with 3 nominated National Contact Points.● This is encouraging, but it is not enough. We need data in order to be able to compile reports & monitor activities. And to meet the deliverable date.

HERITAGE PORTAL: RECAP

Deliverable 6.1Website transferred from AHRC to HC. Technical and domain ownership established. Server transfer completed. Website remained live and public during this time. Julie Clayton retained to provide continuity of content and ensure existing user retention.

Website RedesignDeemed necessary on basis of target user feedback and technical analysis – as presented and approved at March 2012 SC meetings.Demo site presented at October 2012 SC meetings – with opportunity for feedback and comments. Feedback actively solicited by HC. Minor changes made on basis of comments received.New site went public online in December 2012 – all existing Heritage Portal members notified via email.

HERITAGE PORTAL: JPICH LOGO: VISIBILITY

Request at October 2012 SC meetings to move JPICH logo to more easily visible location. On advice from designers, moved to current location – this is a 'prime real estate' location on the site, with high exposure to eye traffic.

*Working Group Meetings on Wednesday: Preference expressd for moving the logo to the header of the site, in top right: matching the existing Heritage Portal logo. We are happy to implement this request.
