Since its introduction in 1972, Purogene has been recognized internationally as the premium disinfectant in airline water storage systems. Its low toxicity and high efficacy against pathogenic bacteria makes it the most versatile disinfectant in the water treatment industry.

With increased consumer and regulatory focus on water quality, Bio-Cide has developed �e Purogene Airline Sanitation System (PASS) to easily and safely provide disinfection, water treatment industry.

�e wall mount unit of PASS equipment comes in either stainless still of high impact PVC cabinets. �e stainless steel cabinet is recommended for areas where freezing could occur and will contain a 110V electric strip heater. Pails of Purogene and Activator are mounted below the cabinet where monitoring of fluid levels is quick and easy. It is suggested this type of system be installed in areas where potable water is obtained to fill water carts and trucks. A 25’ fill hose is supplied with this unit. Any single or dual pump system can be installed in this cabinet.

�e PASS portable/roll-around unit is very convenient to move from aircraft to aircraft or carts and trucks to disinfect and sanitize potable water systems. It is well suited for hangar or ramp operations. �is unit can be purchased single PPM or dual PPM pumps installed to make disinfecting and sanitizing quick and easy. Dual pump systems will have a console on top of the cabinet with controls to switch to different PPM concentrations. �e portable/roll-around unit will accommodate 2 – 5 gallon pails, one for Purogene and another for the Activator of your choice, in additions to the pump system. An optional electrical heater is available for cold weather operations.

�e full water cabinet version of the PASS equipment is designed to replace standard loading bridge units for the ramp or hangar. �is is a full cabinet which will also contain a single or dual PPM pumping system to disinfect or add sanitized water to carts, trucks, or aircraft. �e unit can have either a 25’ retractable hose reel or 200’ stainless steel electric hose reel.

SSDX-12™ is the newest and most e�ective aviation detergent on the market today. �e research behind this product was funded by and has the full support of the US Government. It’s non-hazardous with a pH range of 7.0-7.8 for improved operator acceptance.

In addition to routine aircraft exterior cleaning, SSDX-12™ is an excellent facility cleaner. �is includes, but is de�nitely not limited to: hangars, maintenance bays, hallways, �oors and many more. Due to its high e�cacy and 30:1 recommended dilution ratio, SSDX-12™ is among the most cost e�ective aviation detergents available.

Portable 20 Gallon HV FoamerPart Number: 916820 The Portable 20 Gallon HV Foamer is a high volume foam applicator featuring a 4-wheel, all stainless steel cart assem-bly with a 20 gallon chemical concentrate tank. This venturi injection system uses standard city water pressure (35 - 125 PSI) to draw and blend chemical concentrate from the tank into the water stream to create an accurately diluted solution. A high volume of rich, clinging foam is created by injecting compressed air into the solution to greatly increase volume and coverage ability. The foam is then projected through the discharge hose and fan nozzle on to any surface up close or at distances up to 15 feet (25 feet with optional zero degree nozzle).

AeroSafe is the Master Distributor of Purogene®, the world’s most recognized and respected aircraft onboard potable water sanitization product. Our Purogene® product and the associated PASS delivery units are exclusively used to sanitize onboard potable water systems on all Boeing aircraft before they leave the production lines. AeroSafe Products also distributes a significant array

of other FAA approved aviation related environmentally friendly products, such as sealant and adhesive removers, aircraft interior and exterior cleaners, corrosion protection products, degreasers, fuel additives, just to name a few. Though the aviation consumables market is AeroSafe’s core business, the company also has line of durables as well. Purogene is the most recognized and recommended product for the disinfection of aircraft potable water tanks, water trucks and carts. The removal of harmful bacteria

and built-up biofilm that harbors this bacterium can easily be accomplished by the use of Purogene on a regular basis. Major airframe manufacturers recognized the superior performance of Purogene over other products because of the safety and residual benefit it offers. And now, the EPA has approved a new five minute disinfection process that will save airlines man hours allowing for more aircraft and ground support equipment to be serviced during routine and EPA required intervals.

BioBor® Family of Fuel AdditivesThe BioBor line of fuel additives dramatical-ly reduce fuel costs by improving gas mileage, prolonging engine life, reducing harmful emissions and eliminating sludge for cleaner combustion.

The result is better mileage and a cleaner burning engine with less impact on the environment. BioBor JF is the only fuel-based biocide approved for use in jet fuel with a Military Spec MIL-S-53021A.

SSDX-12™ is the newest and most effective aviation detergent on the market today. It’s non-hazardous with a pH range of 7.0-7.8 for improved operator acceptance. In addition to routine aircraft exterior cleaning, SSDX-12™ is an excellent facility cleaner. Due to

its high efficacy and 30:1 recommended dilution ratio, SSDX-12™ is among the most cost effective aviation detergents available.This product has been thoroughly tested and has met all the requirements for aircraft washing. (D6-17487) and (AIMS 09-00-02). It also has the following Mil-Spec: Mil Prf 87937 Type IV.

JET SHIELD® is a liquid cleaner and protectant for use on aircraft surfaces. Jet Shield will clean and protect aircraft surfaces from all-weather types, while extending the life of the paint surface and keeping a beautiful shine. Jet Dry Wash has the following approvals: AMS 1650 B, Douglas CSD#1, and Boeing Document D6.

AeroSafe Melamine Wash Pads are by far the best cleaning applicator for all types of cleaning, from aircraft exteriors and interiors to ground support equipment and any hard

SkyWipesSkyWipes are a “most remarkable” product with a proven track record in both light and heavy industry, particularly aviation.
