You earn JPMiles against spends on your card. These can be redeemed for Free Award Flights on Jet Airways or on any of its 25+ international airline partners.

You can also redeem JPMiles to upgrade your flight class — from Economy to Premiere or Premiere to First class.

You can redeem your JPMiles online at www.jetprivilege.com or connect with the JetPrivilege service centre.

Your card can accumulate a maximum of 60,000 JPMiles against your spends in every anniversary year. When this cap is reached, your Credit Card account will be levied a JPMiles Uncapping Fee of `7,500

To continue earning JPMiles, please make this fee payment. If you choose not to pay the JPMiles Uncapping Fee, please call our Customer Care to reverse it. The JPMiles earned thereafter will not be credited to your JetPrivilege account in that anniversary year starting from your next billing cycle.

The cap will be reset with the start of the next anniversary year, and JPMiles will flow to your JetPrivilege account automatically from the next statement cycle. An anniversary year is one year from your card set-up date.

Make online payments using the Bill Pay (for ICICI Bank Savings Accounts) or Click to Pay options (for Savings Accounts with other banks). You can also make your Credit Card payment through our Customer Care if you have an ICICI Bank Savings Account.

Auto-debitControl when and how you make payments without ever missing one. Get the convenience of an Auto-Debit (AD) facility if you hold an ICICI Bank Savings Account. Pay your bills directly through your account by simply giving a written instruction to debit the payment every month on a pre-set due date. In case the due date falls on a Sunday or a holiday, the amount would be automatically debited the next working day.

Cheque/DraftYou may also deposit your cheque or bank draft favouring your Jet Airways ICICI Bank Sapphiro American Express® Credit Card at any of the drop boxes located at ICICI Bank branches. How do the JPMiles earned on my Credit Card get transferred to my JetPrivilege account?All JPMiles that you earn on your Credit Card accrue automatically into your JetPrivilege account each month within 45 working days after your monthly card statement is generated.

How do I access my JetPrivilege account?You can access your JetPrivilege account at www.jetprivilege.com and log in using your JetPrivilege membership number and password. You can also call the JetPrivilege service centre on 39893333 (for Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai). For other cities, affix the local code of any of these six cities and call 39893333.

How can I find out the number of JPMiles that I have in my JetPrivilege account?You can log in to your account on www.jetprivilege.com or call the JetPrivilege service centre. You will have to quote your JetPrivilege

membership number. This is embossed just below your name on your card.

You can also see the number of JPMiles earned for a month on your card in the monthly Credit Card statement.

When and how can I redeem my JPMiles?You can start redeeming JPMiles on completing any one activity with the programme and by verifying your mobile number and e-mail ID. To calculate the JPMiles required for your travel, please refer to the mileage calculator on www.jetprivilege.com.To redeem your JPMiles:

1) Log in to your JetPrivilege account on www.jetprivilege.com using your JetPrivilege number and password. Or,
