For example, consumers today have instant access to price and product comparisons, reviews and they can choose from any number of companies selling similar products they find online. With social networking, they can also tell all their friends about their experiences or ask them for recommendations with the click of a button.
That means, the first things you’ve got to do is help them work out why they would want to buy something from you, when they have so much choice?
