I noticed how great her advertising was for example signs posted days ahead of time, extra pictures, and details of the home. I decided to give her a call. We were going out of town, so she agreed to come over the same day just a few hours after I called her. The State of Ohio is a buyer beware State. I am a great Realtor but I am not a professional home inspector. A good inspector will not only make you aware of items that need attention in the house but they will also educate you about the house as well. I recommend asking for all types of inspec-tions available. You may not choose to have them all done at the time of the inspection but if I don’t ask at the offer presentation you can’t have them done later.
