HeadbandsHeadbands are great for smoothing away those fly-away hairs. Use some zebra print pre-wrap to really spice things up.

Camelback Water BottleIt’s basically a baby bottle for adults. It’s just great.

Bobby PinsBobby pins are awe-some, especially when one has an odd shaped head that headbands tend to fall off of.

Athletic SocksThey don’t creep down to the toe, they prevent blisters, and they come in tons of fun colors!

Shoes!Just like they complete an outfit, shoes complete a runner. Some runners get extremely attached to a certain brand and refuse to wear anything else!

WatchThey’re great for timing runs, and someone asks for the time, a watch can be used to shout it out before anyone else can!

PastaDon’t eat it during the run, or right before. That will not make the stomach happy. How-ever, a pasta party the night before a big meet is abosolutely essential.
