I do have current nuclear clearance within the last 365 days. I have experience with the new AP-1000 Units as QA and package/document review. I am experienced with working in refineries, nuclear plants, fabrication shops, pipelines, and offshore. Additionally, I have instructed courses in RT, MT, PT, and Film Interpretation Level I/II. I have performed all the duties of a Level ll Inspector in the methods of RT, VT, MT, PT, and UTT. I have worked as a QA/ QC inspector in refineries and nuclear facilities. My duties included document review, weld mapping, code compliance, radiographic film interpretation, review of NDT reports, NDT supervision, visual welding inspections, dimensional inspections, pressure testing witnessing, cleanliness checks, torqueing checks, and all normal duties of a QC inspector ensuring that the job is done safely and to the proper codes or specifications. I can read drawings and P&ID’s and can use all weld gages associated with visual inspections. I have taught Level l/ll courses in RT, MT, PT, and film interpretation. All training was done per SNT-TC-1A. I managed every aspect of our company QA and Safety plans. I also served as the assistant Radiation Safety Officer.

I have 17 years’ experience in ultrasonics. I have worked a lot as a straight beam/thickness technician looking for corrosion or a percentage of wall loss. I do have 80 hours of UT classroom training and a good understanding of ultrasonics.
