Fort Leavenworth Frontier Heritage Communities (FLFHC) invites all residents to shop at our Self Help Store!
Our Self Help Store is located in the FLFHC Maintenance Facility at 800 W. Warehouse Road and is open Monday thru Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Air filters can be picked up once monthly and are available to you at the Self Help Center at no cost. We also have items for sale at the Self Help Store. Items for sale include those that many residents find that they have damaged while living in their home and are responsible for replacing. We have made it easy for you to replace those items at the lowest cost possible as items for sale are sold to you at the exact same discounted price that we purchase the item for from our suppliers - There is no mark-up to the price. Some Items available for sale to residents at our cost include: * Aerators * Door stops * Toilet paper holders * Toilet seats * Towel bars * Tub stoppers * Window blinds You may choose to pay at the time of service or you can leave your wallet behind! When you purchase any for sale items, you will be asked to simply sign a form authorizing us to add the total charge for the items to your ledger account with us and agreeing to make payment for your items to your Community Management Office within 30 days (if vacating your home in less than 30 days, your balance must be paid at move out). We hope that you find this service convenient and should you have any questions, residents are encouraged to contact your Community Management Office.
