December was a fun filled month. Beginning with the parade all the way through a wonderful Field Trip to the Appleton Museum.

January...We will be talking about Martin Luther King Jr, the country Egypt and the ancient civilizations. The members are making Valentines for us to sell on Facebook, make sure to check them out. We will also be working on some sewing skills and creating a year long memory book for the members.

February...The Presidents will be a daily topic as we celebrate Presidents Day this month. England will be the country of the Month and we will look into the Royal Family.

On February 26th, 8:30 am to 1pm, The Center for Independent Living is hosting a conference on various preparedness issues for people with disabilities. If you are interested please contact Marion Senior Services (352) 368-3788 for more detailed information.

A big Thank You to Shana for donating her piggy bank to TLC. The members counted and rolled all of the

change. She had saved over $50.00 for the program! Thank You!
