About the Programme
Center of Policy research and Governance will be hosting Siddhi: The Leaders of Tomorrow in June, 2019, in the form of a week long course on Policy and Leadership. For college students it will provide an opportunity to work on their personality and mold themselves into leaders of tomorrow. We o�er an occasion for them to develop their potential by working on skills like communication, self-con�dence, learning ability, team building, policy analysis and academic writing. The programme will take place in Palampur, Himachal Pradesh in the �rst week of June and in Dehradun, Uttarakhand in the third week of June, 2019.
The programme focuses on two things- Policy and Leadership. Students will be made aware about the methods and approach to research and how its implications stand important for policy. Along with this, several ongoing and previous policies will be studied and analysed as part of the enriching case study perspective. T h e c u r r i c u l u m i n c l u d e s L e a d e r s h i p D e v e l o p m e n t a c t i v i t i e s i n tea m s a n d motivational speaker sessions. Leadership skills along with knowledge of policy instills a vision in the students to carry out projects in mainstream research or policy development. Through this students will understand the complexities of research design and team projects. Emphasis is also laid on public speaking and e�icient ways of presentation.

We publish researches on governance, social issues, and economic policies. The organization mainly works on four broad areas such as economic policies, social policies, regional development a n d g o v e r n a n c e . W e h o s t e d o u r � r s t developmental conclave in March, 2019 where discussions and talks were held by several eminent speakers around the theme �Hilly States: Today and Tomorrow.� A�er the success of this Conclave we at CPRG look forward to Launching Siddhi: The Leaders of Tomorrow, a Summer School Programme on Policy and Leadership.
