Objective: students will learn about people and events we have discussed in class
Activity
-students will get into groups and choose a person or an event we have discussed.
-Option A: come to class dressed as a historical figure and say a quote
- Option B: students can perform a skit of a historical event

Objective: students will learn how to use longitude and latitude and find specific
locations on the map
Activity
-students will come to the front of the class and find locations on the map
Note: there will be a map on the floor that students have helped make

“CLASSROOM BANKING”
Objective: to incorporate economy and how banking works
Activity
At the beginning of the year set up a classroom bank
Note: students will be able to earn money by doing homework, getting good grades, and
etc.
-and students will be able to buy things they need from the classroom
