at Once Some Michigan capitalists were hero this week investigating the water power in view of put ¬ ting in a mammoth power house and run the same by the water hero They were very favorably impressed with the outlook and the conditions in general They were imformed of the proposition of the Kentucky Union Company to furnish the lease rights for water for five years free Every ¬ thing looks good up to this but they say they are afraid the vol ¬ ume of water in dry seasons will be too small to generate the re ¬ quired power However they will measure up the stream in a few days when they return ond calculate the exact capacity of ehestream They left here Tugs ¬ day evening and went to Millers burg where they will likely put in a small local lighting plant laterIf the project goes through the company will furnish electricity for power Jight and heat and will transmit same to Mt Sterl ¬ ing and Winchester With wat ¬ er as the original motive power these gentlemen say that elec ¬ tricity can
