Stage 1, Surrogate Matching & Preparation: $5,250

Legal services include contract and advisory services, to protect the rights and interests of clients and surrogates

NOTE: prices in this brochure are accurate as of the publish date, but may vary with the international exchange rate. Final prices are fixed by the selected Clinic or service provider, and paid directly. Service providers may include the IVF clinic, surrogate management agency, lawyers, translators, etc.


SURROGACY OPTION: “PREGNANCY GUARANTEE” PREGNANCY OR YOUR MONEY BACK

An excellent option for Future Parents who want assurances of their new family, the “Guarantee” option includes up to four embryo transfer attempts for one fixed fee. If after all the included attempts the parents have not achieved a successful pregnancy, we will reimburse up to 90% of their clinic costs.

Statistically, the probability of success with 4 transfers is about 96% -- which makes this program the closest thing to “guaranteed baby” as can be legally offered.

The plan also offers assurances to parents who are not familiar or fully comfortable with the surrogacy procedure. The program eliminates the possibility of scams or purposeful delays. Under “Low Risk”, the clinic and the Intended Parents both benefit directly from a successful, healthy pregnancy as directly as possible.

This program is only valid with pre-approved egg donors evaluated by the clinic. The clinic will provide a list of donors who qualify for this program. Prospective parents will choose from this list.

Genetic fathers must also be approved by the clinic on the basis of a healthy semen analysis for admittance to this program.

Once you reach a successful pregnancy, the terms of the program are considered satisfied. Additional frozen embryos created during the procedure may be used by the prospective parents in future procedures under separate agreements.

As an added benefit, we have such faith in this program that Sensible Surrogacy will waive our Agency Fee until your pregnancy is achieved. We add this offer to the clinic’s because we are confident that the excellent medical staff and facilities of our partner clinic will be successful in reaching your goals. *Note that special program offers like the “Guaranteed Pregnancy” are negotiated with the clinic on a case-by-case basis. The specific terms of your program may differ based on the quality of your medical evaluation.
