SECURITY FEATURES

TRI-GAS MIXER

The Tri-Gas Mixer delivers gas mixture of the desired co2 and 02 concentration with output pressure in the range of 0-2 bar (0-30 psi). Delivery pressure is easily regulated by adjusting the knob of the embedded pressure gauge. The device is equipped with a mixing tank to ensure the highest composition stability even when the required output �ow is variable.

Models available with maximum output �ow rate of 1.5 L/min and 15 L/min.The actual �ow rate delivered automatically adjusts to match the requirement of theequipment connected. Tri-Gas Mixer is compatible with any mini incubator available on the market

To enable the safety routines the Tri-GasMixer must also be connected to a pre-mixed back-up cylinder containinggas of the desidered concentration.The mixer will automatically switch to the backup pre-mixed cylinder if any of the following condition occurs.

CO2-O2 SENSOR CALIBRATION The CO2-O2 sensor module stores the calibration in local memory. The CO2-O2sensor module can be conveniently calibrated on-site with intutive routines or can beeasily extracted from the Tri-Gas mixer, replaced with a spare CO2-O2 sensor moduleand sent out for calibration. In both cases, there is no need to disconnect or turn o�the Tri-gas Mixer nor to discontinues the gas supply to the incubator

This is the storage tub for liquid nitrogen. Its inner container is made up of special high quality stain-less steel that can be sterilized using 70% alcohol or disinfectants used in IVF. Its outer box is made up of a light weight, sturdy aluminium. Both these con-tainers are separated by an e�ective insulator that minimizes LN2 evaporation rate and keeps inner cool temperature maintained for a long time. A light source is provided to make crucial step of cell loading, clearly visible.

This can be steril-ized by autoclave, 70% alcohol, or any disinfectant used in IVF. The unique arrangement of the cross section holes makes ‘Close’ system as e�ective as ‘Open’ one, without cells touching the liquid nitro-gen. The markings on the surface make it easy to identify patient speci�c carrier. The smaller holes on the surface are meant to carry crucial step of vitri�cation. The larger holes are designed to hold carriers temporarily after vitri�cation till stored in main storage tank.

CRYO LOADThis is the carrier system to load cells to be cryopre-served. It has two parts. 1- The outer sleeve. It is inserted into one of the smaller holes of the surface of CRYOBLOCKTM before loading cells. 2- Main carrier. After exposing cells to suitable cryopro-tectants for optimum time duration, they are loaded on the transparent strip of main carrier and inserted into the outer sleeve, already equilibrated with cool temperature.
