Two cases for HCI courses
1. Design of HCI is crucial – it needs to given adequate coverage (more than data?)
2. It fundamentally changes SA&D
Case I: HCI is substantial and crucial in business
•Cannot be learnt in one class meeting
•Crucial to effective decision making, efficient processing and marketing
Case II: Analysis should take into account human constraints
