First we have to sketch the diagram and then obtain feed back.
Once that is done we can construct the ESIP Deductions.
Then we can focus on partition the Pay Employee subsystem and the ESIP subsystem. Depending on where we are we can also work on creating the 2 additional systems to handle the deductions.
From there we will create the Data Dictionary and then obtain feedback.
Once the updates are made based off of the feedback we will get final approval and move on to the rest of the system requests.
