Course Objectives To understand the practice of international trade, investment and enterpreuneurship, from
a perspective of theoretical and historical relations of governmental politics and of
international systems
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
* will be able to analyze international trade and investment opportunities from the
point of view of theoretical perspective.
* will be able to analyze international trade and investment opportunities from the
point of view of economical and historical influences.
* will be able to improve writing skills by assigning reports on covered subjects
* will be able to analyze international trade and investment opportunities from the
point of view of historical influences.
Course Content The course undertakes an indepth analysis of major issues ininternational trade and
investment. This includes the history and core principles of the postwartrade regime, a
review of international trade theory, development, preferential tradearrangements, foreign
direct investment and multinational corporations.
