As the coordinator for your organization, you can receive reports on your team’s
participation in IT Coaching.
A report will tell you:•Who has signed up•Who has selected a request•How many volunteer hours have been logged

What is IT Coaching?
One hour a month.Each semester is 4 months.
Spring semester lasts from February to May.
Coach comes to you.Use your tools and technology.Help is tailored to exactly what you need.
Technology shouldn’t hold you back.Focus on your impact, not tech troubles.
One-on-one training.Small group training.Focused on Microsoft tools.
Spring semester of IT Coaching is February - May
Submit coaching requests beginning February 1st.
Once you submit a request, your coach will reach out to you.Respond to your coach within 3 business days.
• Lack of response to your coach could result in your request being removed.
**We cannot guarantee that your request will be matched with a coach, but we will do the best we can!
When Do I Start?
After you sign in or create an account, you’ll be sent to your home page.
How to Sign Up
Submit a regular request for yourself, orSubmit a group request on behalf of your team!
Be as specific as possible when submitting a coaching request. It will help the coach determine if they are a good match for your need.

Once you’ve submitted a request, your coaching need will appear on your dashboard.

You’ve submitted a request, now what?
Once your request is matched, your coach will reach out to you via phone or email.Respond to your coach within 3 business days to set up your session.
If you submit a group request for your team, you will be primary contact.Organization coordinators are the single contact for all group requests.Remember to respond to the group’s coach within 3 business days and make sure all participants can attend the session.
Remember, we cannot guarantee a coach, but we will do the best we can!
