that will keep you and our TLT colleagues safe, but we promise that you will have a great time!

You will see our Centre transformed again with an enormous white marquee complete with mood lighting and

sparkling dance floor.

It’s been a really long time coming but we’re finally ready to get back to some events at Torfaen Leisure Trust and restart some of the nights that we’ve all missed so much. We can’t wait to see you but before you book, we want to make clear our commitment to keeping you, artists and promoters and our TLT Colleagues, safe and comfortable. We know that when you visit us you will help us in keeping everyone safe too.

Whilst we will return to business as normal, there will be a number of changes which you will see around the venue. We will be maximising the air flow, we don’t want you to be cold, but ventilation will be essential. You will see our cleansing team on site throughout all of the events and they will be cleansing high contact surfaces including tills, doorhandles and toilet facilities.

Despite the fact in Wales that it is not a legal requirement on us to track and trace, we will be adopting a belt and braces approach and we will continue to display the NHS Track and Trace QR code and we will ask you to scan on the way in.

You can help us stay safe and stay open by not attending the venue if you have any COVID symptoms. Follow the Government advice and get tested and stay at home. Lateral Flow tests are available at many sites and we encourage people to obtain these tests to stop asymptomatic transmission.

We will have sanitisation stations throughout the marquee and there will be sanitiser on your table. We encourage you to wash your hands regularly and use the hand sanitiser provided.

Please consider wearing a mask if you are able to, when approaching the bar or making your way to the toilet facilities.

Finally, please remember that not everyone will feel comfortable getting back to full scale events, please be mindful of those people around you and respect their choices even if they differ to your own.

There is a £5 non-refundable deposit required to secure your booking for the relevant performance. Full payment is required by Friday 15th October 2021.

We have incurred costs in order to put the events on and this year due to the ticket price, we will be operating a non-refund policy for all events.

There will be no tickets sent out as we are now running ticket free events in line with our sustainability policy. You will receive a booking confirmation that you will need to show on arrival at the event, your name will be on a guest list which a member of staff will check off on arrival. We will not accept liability or responsibility for documents issued to you which are mislaid or lost.

Where you have booked on behalf of other people, you will be deemed the lead for that booking and you are responsible for making such people aware of these terms and conditions, ensuring that they comply with the same. Should there be a COVID case within your group, as the lead organiser, your details will be provided to Track and Trace. Payments can be made with the following credit and debit cards; Visa, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit and Visa Debit.

All events are 18+ only, I.D may be requested upon entry. Challenge 25 will be in operation.

We reserve the right to:

(a) Conduct security searches to ensure the safety of our Customers and Staff

(b) Refuse you entry to and to remove you from our venue in the following circumstances:

• if you or any of your party behave in a way that will or may adversely impact upon the enjoyment of other people at our venue or any performance

• if in our opinion, you are acting unreasonably whether as a result of you being under the influence of alcohol or drugs or otherwise.

Only alcohol purchased on the premises can be consumed. No alcohol can be brought into the venue under any circumstances and any alcohol found on entry will be confiscated. We reserve the right to search bags upon arrival.

All persons must be in possession of a booking confirmation to gain entry to the relevant performance.Purchase of tickets signifies the holder’s consent to be photographed or sound recorded. Any ticket holder who objects to being photographed or recorded must advise our Bookings Team before the event begins.

If you have any special access requirements or concerns about any special effects (for example lighting, sound, audio-visual or pyrotechnic effects) which may be featured at the performance, please discuss any such issues before booking with Torfaen Leisure Trust by contacting the Bookings Team. Torfaen Leisure Trust will use its reasonable efforts to assist with any such special access requirements or concerns.

Torfaen Leisure Trust will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to any person (including yourself) or property however caused:

(a) in any circumstances where there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed by Torfaen Leisure Trust,

(b) in circumstances where such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach; or

(c) to the extent that any loss or damage results from breach by you of any of the Conditions.

You must comply with any and all instructions given to you by Torfaen Leisure Trust and/or all Venue Stewards and Staff. Torfaen Leisure Trust reserves the right to restrict access to parts of the venue.

Any lost property found at the venue after the events, will be retained for a period of 30 days in a COVID safe environment.

Should Torfaen Leisure Trust have to cancel the event due to a Government enforced closure as a result of the COVID Pandemic, you will receive a full refund. In all other circumstances, we are operating a non-refund policy this year due to the cost incurred prior to the event. We are sure you can appreciate our position.
