please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out a brief client profile.

If you cannot make your appointment, we appreciate 24 hours cancellation notice for single service appointments and 72-hours for multi-service appointments. a full service fee will be assessed for missed appointments.

If you are late arriving to your appointment you will not receive an extension of scheduled service time. we recommend rescheduling your appointment if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late.

additional charges will be added to services provided during non-business hours. on-location services are available for a fee.

spa appointments booked online are subject to all spa policies. In addition to our services, our line of skin and hair care products is available for purchase at the spa or online.
