CONCLUSION
The main focus of Motorola was on the youth, so they came out with MOTO RAZR and concentrated more on design. After the huge success of MOTO RAZR, Motorola lost its momentum. The downtrend can be accounted to its lack of innovation, and improvements that were much required to make it a widely acceptable product. The reason behind the failure of Motorola handset is that it does not give proper value for money and that the battery backup is very low.
