In Iping, England it’s all about FASHION! From gowns, to normal outwear for women, suites and frock coats for men, and of course skeleton suites and skirts for children! The trains here are fast and efficient. It allows the transportation of goods to go to considerable distances at common low prices for everyone. “The Liverpool and the Manchester” are one of the most famous railways here in Iping. Breakfast consists of your choice of either bagels or corn bread, hot cakes, sausages and juice. The main meal of the day, dinner, is served between noon and four , it consists of turkey or ham served with vegetables or fruit. Tea, a light meal, would be served before retiring. Wondering what school to attend? Or what you want to learn? Children from the lower classes did not go to school. They had to work in manufacturing companies to get money just to be able to feed themselves. Many children worked for adults. Rich children attended school. Boys were in famous schools, known as “Eton”, where each individuals education was taken seriously. Girls, did not have the same education opportunity as boys did. They learned to become better mothers and wives, how to cook, clean and entertain. People thought that is was unfair and unjust to women. In 1870, the Education Act was released.
