Automotive Chain Inspection

We quoted a VA40E-03-C53-0 with all necessary lighting & lenses.

The local Cognex/DVT distributor was also given an opportunity to quote against us.

The local Cognex/DVT distributor told the customer that they could not compete against us on a three camera system

We won the job!

It was determined that the customer also needed a single camera system located downstream of the VA40E that they purchased.

The customer purchased a VA15 to do the job without looking at anyone else.

Single Camera Inspection

After chain is assembled, the chain is placed under tension and driven with two sprockets.

The chain is inspected to be sure that all of the components have been assembled onto the chain.
