Pages in Apple products is

products
Pages on the iPad is
accessed through an app
that looks like the image to
the right.
Copying Templates and Files
Pages automatically
saves changes.
Before working on a
template or document
create a duplicate.
Touch edit at the top
right corner.
Touch the document and +
Saving or Sending a File
Touch the icon on the upper
left corner (box with an
arrow)
A box of options appears.
You can email, Open the
document in another app,
share the link via iCloud, or
move to other locations
(can be sent to OneDrive)
Choosing a Format
Select the format for the
file.
Pages
Word
The file is created in the
format you choose and
attached to the email
Open in Another App
Once Open in Another App
is selected, a menu
appears.
Select the file format: Word,
PDF, or Pages.
Then Choose App
Select the App
In Dropbox you can see the
file name and destination.
Touch Save (upper right).
Pages App
The Pages app is selected
by touching it.
Once it opens, templates
and recent files are
displayed.
Touch a file to select it
Make changes and they are
automatically saved.
Tool Bar - Paint Brush
Icon
Tool bar provides quick
access to changes in font,
size, formatting of text, and
justification.
More detailed changes can
be made using the icons on
the upper right of the
screen.
Plus Sign Icon
The plus sign allows for the
addition of media, tables,
charts, and shapes.
Wrench Icon
The wrench icon allows for
sharing and printing,
finding, changes in tracking,
document setup, settings,
and access to help.
Saving
Changes to Pages templates are automatically saved.
