- What are the issues of those within my life, bosses, neighbors, etc?

On the worksheet provided below, jot down the things that bug you, what you can do about it,

if anything, and by what date you plan on doing this. Once you have gotten over it, place an X

next to it. Make copies, rip this out of the book and stick this on your refrigerator as a constant

reminder. I have provided some examples to aide in this process. If you truly find that this

process yields little results, please read on before taking any actions.
