INSURANCE Subcontractor shall provide Jamail & Smith Construction with an insurance certificate. Upon the award of the project the subcontractor shall complete Jamail & Smith Construc-tion’s insurance certificate.

MASTER AGREEMENT All subcontractors/suppliers must have a signed Master Agreement on file with Jamail & Smith Construction before the subcontractor/supplier can begin any work.
