For those projects where an outside

general contractor is preferred,

Landmark Construction’s prime role

will be the administration of the

construction phase start to finish, from

hiring the general contractor and/or

construction manager, to interacting

with the lender and processing all

progress payments, to handing the

tenant the keys.

piggybacking subcontractors hired

exact specifications at substantial
