STEP 1 : Cut fish balls, chop scallions and cabbages into small pieces
STEP 2 : Rinse the rice cakes with water.
STEP 3 : Prepare rice cakes, fish balls, cab-bages, scallions, red pepper paste, starch
syrup, ramen.
STEP 4 : Boil the water.
STEP 5 : Dissolve red pepper paste in the water.
STEP 6 : Add powdered red pepper, stirring to combine.
STEP 7 : Put the ramen in the boiled water.
STEP 8 : Put rice cakes in the water.
STEP 9 : Add fish balls and cab-bages.
STEP 10 : Boil and stir for a mo-ment.
STEP 11 : Pour starch syrup.
STEP 12 : Put scallions, and boil for a while.
STEP 13 : Finally, pour sesame oil.
