Pension Scheme

Make sure you are ready for your future with the

Group Personal Pension Scheme from Aliaxis &

You, which is through pension provider Aviva.

We want you to have the best future possible,

so you will receive a larger company pension

contribution the more you contribute, and if you

are eligible these contributions will be made via

a Salary Sacrifice arrangement too. In short, it

is a smarter way to make contributions in the

Scheme that can help make the cost of saving

for retirement a little more affordable for you

and Aliaxis.

You will be automatically enrolled in the Salary

Sacrifice Pension Scheme at 1% employee

contribution (3% from April 2018) if you are

not already a member once you become

eligible under Government auto-enrolment

requirements, but you can opt to join the

Scheme before then and choose your own

level of contribution to maximise the company

contribution of up to 10%.

Peace of mind for you and your family Support for your day-today health needs

Life Assurance

In the unfortunate event of your death, you want to have

reassurance that your loved ones who are financially

dependent on youwillbe looked after.

Subject to 6 months serviceeligibility, and you being ‘Actively

at Work’ at that time, you could receive cover of 6x your

basic salary paid by way of a tax-free lump sum in the event

of your death whilstemployed byus.

Dental Insurance

Dental treatment in the UK can be expensive and

it can be difficult to find NHS dental treatment in

some areas of the UK. Dental insurance enables you

and your family to claim for all or part of the cost

of eligible dental treatment you receive, whether

routine, restorative or unexpected treatment

(depending on the dental cover you choose).

Income Protection

Should you find yourself no longer able to work for

an extended period of time due to an accident or

illness, it’s good to know that you may still be able to

receive a regular income, helping you to concentrate

on getting better.

Subject to 6 months service eligibility and you being

‘Actively at Work’ at that time, and our insurer’s

deferred period and medical criteria, you could

receive cover of 70% of your basic salary whilst you

remain unable to return to work, paid for a period of

up to 2 years.

HealthcareCash Plan

Healthcare Cash Plans help you meet the costs of

a range of health services for you and your family.

You’ll pay a fixed monthly amount (depending on

the level of cover you choose) and the plan pays

you a cash sum to help meet costs like a new

pair of prescription glasses, dental treatment,

physiotherapy and much more.

Cycle to Work

Cycling is not only environmentally friendly; it’s

also a healthy and cost effective way to travel to

work. Opt for the Cycle-to-Work scheme and you

could save both Tax and National Insurance when

selecting a brand new bike.

Our Cycle-Work scheme allows you to hire a bike

up to £1,000 including VAT under a Salary Sacrifice

agreement. Aliaxis pays for the bike and hires it to

you over an 18 month period. You can also select

qualifying bike accessories and use the Cycle

Surgery. Windows to apply will open periodically

throughout the year.

Holiday Purchase

This benefit provides a way for you to improve our

work-life balance by having the opportunity to

purchase extra holiday. Each year a window will

open via Aliaxis & You to apply to purchase up to 5

days holiday (pro rata for part-time workers) for

the following year via Salary Sacrifice which you

pay for monthly from your salary.

This benefit offers exclusive discounts for Aliaxis

employees that can potentially save you hundreds of

pounds each year. By using the site, accessible via

www.aliaxisandyou.com, you are able to benefit

from cashback and discounts from thousands of

different retailers. From holidays, telephone tariffs, a

new sofa or computer – to everyday shopping at the

supermarket, cinema discounts and insurance, there

are thousands of products that could help you save

money every day.

ChildcareVouchers

Taking care of the little ones is a high priority and

we want to support you in any way we can. Aliaxis

& You provides you with access to our Childcare

Vouchers scheme. If you are the parent or

guardian of a child under the age of 16 you can

purchase up to £243* a month (*depending on your

personal tax bracket), to pay for registered

childminding services such as nannies, nurseries,

clubs or a combination of these. This scheme is

only available to new applicants up until April 2018.

wellbeing we’d like to improve, so we’re

teaming up with Bupa to help you make some

positive changes, by introducing Bupa Boost.

Fun and easy to use, Bupa Boost is a new

mobile app that can help you set yourself

goals – from eating well to getting a decent

night’s sleep. You can even challenge your

colleagues and earn points as you become

healthier.

Eyecare

By providing eye and eyesight tests, Aliaxis

aims to improve the comfort, job satisfaction

and performance of employees, by allowing

the identification and correction of visual

defects and thereby helping to prevent

eyestrain, fatigue, stress and headaches.

Eyecare Plan requests are made through ASE

Corporate Eyecare Ltd for an appropriate plan

and vouchers towards costs. Where an eye

test shows that glasses are necessary for the

purposes of work, the company will pay

towards the costs of the test and

frames/lenses.

Without employees that are well and at

work Aliaxis could not deliver the high

level of quality and service that it is

renowned for. We need to ensure

employees are provided with the

environment and opportunity that

encourages and enables you to lead
