FACILITIES AND ORGANIZATION

The training center is located at 20 km from Abidjan: 30 hectares dedicated to sports and leisure with 7 football fields, a boarding school (with a capacity of 100 beds) and a school

Academy plan

How does the academy work ?1. Inspired by european academies

• The players join the boarding school for the whole week and receive trainings as well as classes

• 7 teachers ensure the monitoring of the Ivorian education program

• A minimum of 1 game is organized every week

• The tuitions are free for all the players

2. Scouting: « gather the best players». Our scouting team identify the best players based on their abilities to become international football players

3. General principles • Intelligence, technical skills, speed, tactical thinking

and competitor attitude

• Access to a professional competition via Ivoire Académie FC, a football club in the national 2nd division

• Some of our values: work, respect, integrity, fair play, passion for football

Professional background Selected professional experiences• Aziz is the President and the founder of Ivoire Académie

• He hase more than 15 years of experience in the sport industry in Côte d’Ivoire and in Belgium

• He is also the founder and the CEO of SIMPO, a company specialized in civil engineering, mining and transportation

• He is French - Ivorian but originally from India and speaks fluently French and English

• He has more than 35 years of work experience in West Africa

• Aziz’s professional experiences include: – Acquisition, Management and sale of football clubs in Belgium and in Côte d’Ivoire

Professional background Selected professional experiences• Raheem is the Managing Director. He is in charge to manage the academy with the objective to be a leading academy in West Africa

• He joined the LOSC’s football academy in 2001, Ivoire Académie in 2003 and than played more than 5 years in 2nd division in Belgium (ROCCM and KSK Beveren)

• He has more than 5 years of work experiences within clubs and in consulting

• He holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School, Paris

• He is French-Ivorian and speaks fluently French, English and understand Spanish

• He has spent more than 20 years in Côte d’Ivoire

• Raheem’s professional experiences include: – Managing a 2nd division football team. His responsibilities included recruiting players for the professionnel team, setting up marketing strategies and attracting investors

– Consulting for stadium projects holders: defining the stadium project and business planning

– Marketing and strategies consultancies for clubs and sport federations (market studies, naming rights, sponsorship…)

Jacques Canosi - Sport Director

Professional background Selected professional experiences• Jacques is the sport director of the Academy. He implements the youth training program and the scouting strategy. He is especially in charge of Ivoire Académie Football Club (Ivorian 2nd division football club)

• He has been a professionnel football player in France during more than 11 years

• He has more than 15 years of experience as a coach for academies and professional football team

• He has more than 6 years of experience as a scout for Ligue 1 and Ligue 2 clubs (France)

• He holds the B.E.E.S and the coach licence delivered by the UEFA and the French FA.

• He is French and speaks French and German

• Jacques’s professional experiences include: – Youth players development: From U11 to U23 and including U16, U17 teams (Racing Club de Strasbourg, Ligue 1, France)

– and has trained players such as: Gameiro (Séville FC, Spain), Bifouma (UD Almeria, Spain), Schneiderlin (Southampton, England), Dicko (Wolverhampton, England),Gueye (Millwall FC, England), Wachter (FC Lorient, France), Peuget (Reims, France), Krebs (Karlsruhe SC, Germany), Matmour (Kaiserlautern, Germany), Faugporet (CSKA Sofia, Bulgaria), Arache (Chengdu Tiancheng, China), Bellaid (CS Sfaxien, Tunisia)

Professional background Selected professional experiences• Charlton is the sport director assistant of the Academy. He implements the youth training program and the scouting strategy. He is especially in charge of U15 players.

• He integrated the Academie Mimosifcom (Côte d’Ivoire) in 1994 and signed his first licence with ASEC in 1999.

• He has 15 years of experience in african players development in Côte d’Ivoire and in Mali.

• He has more than 3 years of experiences as a 1st and 2nd division coach (AS Bakarydjan, Mali and Toumodi FC, Côte d’Ivoire)

• He holds the licence C delivered by the Ivorian football federation.

• He is Ivorian and speaks english • He has spent more than 30 years in West Africa

• Charlton’s professional experiences include: – players development: Salomon Kalou (Herta Berlin, Germany), Gervinho (AS Rome, Italy), Coulibaly Kafoumba (Kasimpasa spor kulubu, Turkey), Tamla Ladji Zito (APO Levadioakos, Greece), Koné Yousouf and Traoré Adama (Losc, France), Traoré Hamari and Diomandé Souleymane (Lierse, Belgium), Doumbia Moussa (Rostov, Russia)
