I’m passionate about our youth. They are our future.
Work Ethic
I take my career seriously, it is an integral part of who I am. That means I take pride in the work I do. Always.
I work smart and help my staff learn to work smart too. It is the only way we will every be able to stay ahead of the curve.
I work until the job is done. (And really, I know the job is never done.)
Energy
Excellence is an attitude, not an endgame.
I have an endless amount of energy for the work.
I stay on top of my game by running and eating right.
Energy is contagious and I spread it on everything like peanut butter.

Experience
I have a very diverse set of experiences to draw from.
I have taught Kindergarteners, high school drop-back-ins, teachers, and administrators.
I have been a student (always), teacher, professor, and administrator.
I know PCs, Macs, Chromebooks, iPads, and Kindles.
I know servers, networks, databases, and the cloud.
Grit
I have perseverance and passion for long-term goals.
I understand the valuable lessons in defeat and understand perseverance is requisite for high achievement.
I am achievement orientated and tenacious.
I have endurance.
I am optimistic.

I love to solve problems.
I ask the really big questions.
I hate stereotypes.
I observe everything. Eve-ry-thing.
I don’t wait for opportunities, I create them.
I chase dreams and live passions.

I have the capacity to understand what another person is experiencing, and act accordingly.
I am cooperative and believe in sharing successes.
I work hard at growing my people because I genuinely care about them.
