Creating your staff service page

1. Click on the “Manage” button, located at the top left corner of the screen

2. Click on the “Content” button

3. Click on the “Add content” button

4. Find the option “Staff services page” on the content list

5. Give a title to your page and choose the staff service name from the drop down menu

6. Click on “Menu Settings” on the right hand side of the screen

7. Tick the box “Provide a menu link”

8. Make sure the “Menu link title” field is filled

9. Choose your staff service name under “Parent item”

10. Click “Save and keep published”:

Editing your staff service page

1. Click on Manage

2. Content

3. Look for your page on the list and click “Edit”

4. Click on the tab “Content”

5. Choose a component to add to the page from the drop down menu

6. Click on to check your work before publishing

7. Click on “Back” to return to the editing view

Add Body copy:

To add text to your page, add a “Body Copy” component and type or paste the text in the

field as below:

Adding a hyperlink:

1. Highlight the text you would like to use as a link

2. Click on the icon:

3. Paste the link and click “Save”

Adding an e-mail as hyperlink:

1. Highlight the text you would like to use as a link

2. Click on the icon:

3. Add “mailto: ” before the e-mail address as below:

4. Click “save”

Adding a table:

1. Click on the table icon:

2. Choose the number of rows and columns

3. Also choose “First row” for the Headers

4. Fill in the content of the table:

Add Expand and Collapse:

The Expand and collapse component can be a good solution for pages with heavy content. It

is a good idea to separate your text into topics to make it easier for the user to find

important information.

Add Image:

This component will add a full width image to the page.

Please select an image with good resolution, the size should be 640 pixels (width) by 360

pixels (height). For this component, an image with landscape orientation will work best.

Add Inline image and text:

This component will add an image aligned with text. The default position of the image is the

left side of the text, if the image needs to be on the right hand side please tick the box

below the template as shown on the image:

*Hint: if you have an image with lower resolution, this component works best. The image

will take maximum of 50% of the page.

Add file:

This component will add a file to your page. It can be a file with the following extensions: .doc, .docx, .pdf, .xls, .xlsx.

The Description field will be the title of the file on the page.

Add Intro text:

The intro text component has a different style than the body text.
