Interviewing skills, which by definition include the ability to hold a powerful and skilful
conversation, have long been recognised as essential to professional success and many a career has stalled, faltered or stagnated thanks to a lack of this skill. Contrary to urban
myth, few of us are born with this skill, instead most have either practised or learned from mistakes.
This workshop has been designed to assist delegates to improve their interviewing skills in general and their conversational skills in particular leading to more effective interviews
when working with, for and alongside others.
