STANDARDIZED TESTING The Iowa Test of Basic Skills (ITBS) is

administered every fall and Olney Prep had the highest standardized test score results in our district. Olney Prep is proud to announce that they rank in the top 3% in the nation.

During our curriculum committee meeting, it was recognized that every school scored the lowest in the math computation section of the test.

The curriculum committee is currently working to collect methods to facilitate our student’s growth in the area of math computation.

PERSONAL BENEFITS I have become quite skillful using Adobe

Dreamweaver. I will be able to use this application for personal projects.

I have developed a stronger relationship with the stakeholders of our school through my involvement of this project.

I have developed better team building skills by working with several groups to accomplish the same goal.

CONCLUSION One must know how important they are

as a leader and how great of an impact they can have on their staff, students, and the local community.

This project was very valuable to my growth as a future administrator. I have learned an abundance of information that I will share with others throughout my career.
