Tiered Pricing, starts at 25 pieces ($15), 50 pieces ($14), 75 pieces ($13), 100 pieces ($12). Custom Program: Minimum Order Quantity 100 pieces Production pricing is based off the complexity of the sample and/or design. 4. Once we receive the clients tech pack, credit card form (with shipping and billing information) and fabric, production begins. A sample cap takes 1 week to produce; a production run usually takes 3-4 weeks. Once the cap is fully constructed, we charge the client for our services and ship them their final product. 5. This entire process takes place here, at Knickerbockers factory (and office) in Brooklyn, New York. 6. I personally handle shipping/logistics, setting up meetings with clients, processing payments using Quickbooks, entering client information into the Knickerbocker database, organizing the showroom where we keep Knickerbockers signature line of clothing and caps, creating invoices and making sure we have every component needed to complete a clients order.WHERE DO I FIT IN? 7. How My Coursework Helped One of the courses that helped me a lot when I didnt expect it to was Accounting. Last week, I was given the responsibility of processing payments on QuickBooks and updating the accounts receivable/accounts payable on a monthly basis. I definitely would have struggled with this task had I not learned basic accounting principles at Johnson & Wales. Each and every one of my hospitality courses have contributed a lot to the success of my internship. Since I spend most of my time working with clients and walking them through our process, my customer & guest services courses have helped me communicate effectively, determine clients wants/needs and be hospitable and patient when speaking with them. 11. I was recently offered a position with Knickerbocker, which I accepted! Upon graduating this November, I will move to New York permanently and resume my work with the company.
