Click on Wheel Icon (Tools), then Internet Options.

Click on the Privacy tab.
Select Medium High.

Then click Apply.

Click OK and close the box.

Click on Wheel Icon (Tools), then Internet Options.

Click on Sites.

Then type the URL of the site you wish to allow.
In this case it’s http://library.devry.edu.

Click Allow and the URL will move to
the Managed websites box.
Then click OK.
