CALL FOR PAPERSThe organizing committee invites Research Articles, Theoretical, Empirical, Conceptual Papers, Case Studies, PPP Model, Meta-Analysis, and Field Researches from Leading Academicians, Business Peoples, Corporate Sectors, Researcher Scholars and Students from Academic Institutions, Research Organizations, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Corporate Sectors, Civil Societies, Industries, Entrepreneurs and other relevant aspirants from India and abroad. PROCEDURE FOR PAPER SUBMISSIONArticles should be in Times New Roman, size: 12 double-spaced and submitted only in MS Word 2003/ 2007 version. All abstracts should follow the MLA or APA style manual. The abstract must not be exceeding 250 words and the full paper should not exceed 2500 words, including tables and references. The paper should comprise the following sections: Title Author’s Names, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Material & Methods, Findings & Results, Interpretation & Discussion and Conclusion. Authors should ensure that they use correct and complete references in their paper and presentation. The author is responsible for accurate referencing and for all reproduced material. Authors should submit manuscript through e-mail attachment to the review committee

at bodhiconference@gmail.com. A manuscript number will be emailed to

the corresponding author.

REVIEW PROCESSThe articles will be evaluated on parameters of originality, relevance, and contribution to the current academic scenario. The articles abide by a single-blind peer review process such that the committee does not disclose the identity of the reviewer to the author. All papers will be first assessed by editorial board. All the accepted papers are published online soon after the final acceptance. The copy-editing work is done by the members of the Editorial Board. The articles are reviewed and accepted only after positive opinion from Editorial Board.

PLAGIARISM ALERT & DISCLAIMERContributors are advised to be strict in academic ethics with respect to acknowledgment of the original ideas borrowed from others. The Conference team & editors will not be held responsible for any such lapse of the contributor regarding plagiarism and unwarranted quotations in their manuscripts. The Journal is committed to bring together academicians, research scholars and students from all over the world, who strive professionally to upgrade the status of academic career and the society by their innovative ideas. The journal also aims at promoting interdisciplinary studies in the fields of humanities, arts and sciences.

ABOUT BISHOP HEBER COLLEGE Bishop Heber College is a religious minority educational institution established by Tiruchirappalli – Thanjavur Diocese of the Church of South India. The College traces its origin back to Heber Memorial School in 1864. In 1873 the School was raised to a Second Grade College and in 1882 it became a First Grade College known as S.P.G. College. It was the first College to be established in Tiruchirappalli. The Lindsay Commission on Christian Higher Education in India recommended the merger of the Bishop Heber College with the Madras Christian College. Accordingly, Bishop Heber College was closed in 1934. The College was revived on 24th June 1966. The revived College celebrated its Golden Jubilee in February 2016. The University Grants Commission, New Delhi granted Autonomy to the College during 2004-2005. The College was accredited with 5 stars by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council in May 2001 and was reaccredited at the A+ level in March 2007. In March 2015, the college was reaccredited (3rd cycle) at A Grade by NAAC with CGPA of 3.58 on a 4-point scale. The College has been recognized by the UGC as “College with Potential for Excellence” in September 2011 and was elevated to the status of “College of Excellence” in April 2017. The College was ranked 4th by MHRD through National Institution Ranking Framework 2017 and ranked 3rd in NIRF-2018. The College has established a great reputation for its high academic standards and attracts students from all over India and abroad.
