Citizens on Patrol, PAR Projects, Northside Business Association, NEST

Council Ground Rules

• Start off with introductions• Encourage participation - open discussion of agenda items• All members vote on all issues• Work toward consensus come to action• Meetings are no more than 2 hours• Think big, be patient
