CONCLUDING THOUGHTS:Organization of your pantry and/or fridge is important for improving health.
What few people realize is that they don’t have to cut out all food intake after a certain time at night.I know about this because it’s easier to encourage simple healthy replacements rather than discouraging eating altogether.

CONCLUDING THOUGHTS:Organization of your pantry and/or fridge is important for improving health.
Another thing few people realize is that bad snacking habits often result from disorganized access to snacks and food.I know about this because organizing the fridge and the pantry helped make people conscious of their choices and choose healthier options.

CONCLUDING THOUGHTS:Organization of your pantry and/or fridge is important for improving health.
Another thing few people realize is that setting up your own barriers to unhealthy snacks greatly decreases your likelihood of consuming them.I know about this because adding one more level of access (another container) to these snacks, and placing them on shelves away from eye level, decreased their consumption.
