Automated Patron Calling
• Brings your library increased patron support and enhanced
communication.
• For incoming calls, Voice Automation can provide a full
range of general and user-specific information, as well as
perform user account actions directly. Patrons can be
reminded of checked out materials, get a list of overdue
materials, update their PIN, and more.
• For outgoing calls, save staff time by automating notices
on late fees, overdue materials, hold items, or other
information. By reducing postage and paper notification
costs, Voice Automation can also save your library money.
