INSTRUCTIONS FOR MEMBERS – HOW TO USE THE NEW ICHA WEBSITE Please login using the email address provided and the password provided. When you first login, you will be asked to change this to something memorable to your company. The ‘Lead person’ you identified for your company will be the ‘Member Administrator’ (Tier 1), who can access the ‘whole website’ and is the only person able to change the company’s details. They have the ability to ‘create a user’ to delegate this access to. (There can only be one person who can be a ‘Member Administrator’. Further Users can be created at ‘Tier 2’ (Member Vacancy Manager) which will enable them to ‘input vacancy details’ only and view the website - not amend company details. Any number of Tier 2 users can be created. Each ICHA member will not be able to see each other’s vacancy details. INSTRUCTIONS FOR MEMBERS – HOW TO USE THE NEW ICHA WEBSITE

Please login using the email address provided and the password provided. When you first login, you

will be asked to change this to something memorable to your company.

The ‘Lead person’ you identified for your company will be the ‘Member Administrator’ (Tier 1), who can

access the ‘whole website’ and is the only person able to change the company’s details. They have the

ability to ‘create a user’ to delegate this access to. (There can only be one person who can be a ‘Member

Administrator’.

Further Users can be created at ‘Tier 2’ (Member Vacancy Manager) which will enable them to ‘input

vacancy details’ only and view the website - not amend company details. Any number of Tier 2 users

can be created.

Each ICHA member will not be able to see each other’s vacancy details.

Accessing the website

Enter the email address and password provided.

(When you first log in, you will be asked to change the temporary password to one of your choice).

The next screen should be the Welcome – Home Page

PLEASE NOTE: Further categories may be added to the drop down lists in the near future.

Meetings The MEETINGS tab is where you will find past meetings with notes, presentations etc.

Questions Posting a question for other members to see and give answers to.

Click – Add your own question

Type a Title and Question in boxes below. There is also a tick box if you wish to Remain Anonymous

- Click SAVE

The question will then show in the list.

A member can click the Button to view the question and provide their own answer:

Click Add your Answer

Type your answer in the box and click SAVE. Please note that questions and answers will be moderated.

PAPERS OF INTEREST

Under this tab there are a number of drop-down headings. As you can see on the left-hand side, there

are different categories to choose from. You can scroll down these headings and the documents within

those categories will appear listed on the right-hand side.

If you click the blue title, eg HMRC – SCCS Clarification email from ICHA……..,

The documents under that heading will drop down (hyperlinked – in blue). Click the specific

document heading and it will then download onto your PC (in the downloads folder). You can then print

or save it.

PRESS COVERAGE – is media and press releases ordered by years.

REGIONAL LEADS – lists the Regional Lead for each region and their contact email.

SECTOR NEWS – this is a new area where up to date news will be posted

USEFUL LINKS – this has contacts for companies, i.e. Therapists, Reg 44, Corporate, ICHA Sponsors,

Training. These will be added to in the near future.

PLEASE NOTE: Due diligence should still be undertaken by members if you are thinking of using their

services.

Your Data This is a very important area. This is where you will be asked to check your page and update it, if

required. This information will be what Commissioners see.

CONTACT DETAILS

This is information about your company. Only yourself and ICHA officers will be able to see some of the

details, i.e. Address.

HOME DETAILS

This is information which Local Authorities will see:

PROVISION

This where you enter information which is relevant and part of what the Local Authority will see. This

information is similar to that you are used to adding in the Handbook, i.e. Provision type, therapeutic,

DESCRIPTION

This is the same type of information entered as in the handbook, describing what services you provide.

Click SAVE.

PREFERENCES

You can choose how frequently you obtain an email for both (by using the dropdown choices)

- Frequency of vacancy summary email

- Frequency of questions posted email

The email categories are:

Email address to send vacancy summary email to; and (i.e., this could be your referral email address)

Email address to send questions posted email to (i.e., this could be the Director/Owner)

Click SAVE.

REGISTERED HOMES

This page is where you can add and maintain details about your home(s). You do not have to provide all

of your homes but when adding a vacancy, you will need to choose which home it relates to.

Fill in the HOME DETAILS as below in each field, especially the home name and URN number. Click SAVE

Click on CONTACT INFORMATION tab and fill in the contact details for Local Authorities to contact your

company regarding a referral. Click SAVE.

Tick the ages which the home allows admission for. Click SAVE.

NEEDS CATERED FOR

Click the boxes for which needs the home provides and add anything further in the Further Information

box. Click SAVE.

Click Choose file and download from your PC/Server, the Locality Risk Assessment and the Statement of

Purpose for the Local Authorities to see. Click SAVE.

REGISTERED VACANCIES

Click ADD NEW to add a new vacancy and a box appears to fill in

ADD NEW HOME

If the home has already been added you can select it from the dropdown list of your homes. If not, you

can click ADD A NEW HOME on the right-hand side. This brings up the same options to add details in.

USERS

Click ADD NEW to create a new user, type in their email address and select the User Type (drop down

arrow)

You can Edit or Delete the User in the last 2 columns by clicking either the ‘Edit’ or ‘Delete’ button.

Click the person symbol and two options appear:

- Change Password (if you wish to change it)

- Logout

If you click the ICHA logo on the top left of the screen it will take you back to the ICHA Main

Home Page.

members when the website goes live.
