A New wINdow INto Your CulturesIn addition to a raw count and cell concentration,

the Scepter screen displays a histogram showing the

population distribution of your culture. By monitoring

your histogram for changes from one cell preparation to

the next, you can gain insight into the health and quality

of your cell culture from one preparation to the next.

the sCepter softwAreThe Scepter can be connected to your personal computer

with the included USB cable. Upload the data using the

Scepter Software so you can view your histograms on

your computer screen. Histograms can be saved as raw

files, or you can manipulate them in Microsoft Excel®

software to merge counts, overlay histograms for

comparison, or plot only specific parts of your histogram.
