Design and Installation

The genius systems have a rapid turn around from design to installation. The panels are designed and manufactured in house with our dedicated teams catering to the clients needs.

Our design teams work on state of the art systems to efficiently produce results with precision and accuracy while always following the clients specification and provide technical suggestions on improvements where possible.

Our systems have a unique installation method to minimise the time it takes to install the panels which boasts a 25% improvement of installation time compared to other traditional methods.

This in turn provides our client the edge over competitors, as the project will adhere to shorter programmes and reduced labour

costs. Overall the facade will be completed in a shorter time frame and reduce any disturbances to surrounding areas.

Maintenance

The genius systems have been formulated to provide a low maintenance design which reduces long term maintenance costs to a minimum.

To ensure that the maximum lifespan is achieved, we would advise an annual* maintenance checkup to ensure there are no damaged panels and that seals, fixings and flashings are still in place securely.

In the event that there are damaged panels, our team are able to make replacements without affecting the structural integrity of the project.

Project specific O&M manual must be adhered to.

* In areas where there are higher pollution levels or coastal areas, we recommend additional maintenance checks to be carried out.

Genius Secret - 4mm Aluminum Composite Material

At genius we utilise a wide range of ACM manufacturers, all of which can be

fabricated into the secret cassette (Colour brochures available on request). A range of

cores are available to meet your project specific requirements including fire ratings .

The genius secret system utilises fully concealed fixings which combines seamless joints of the genius range and aesthetics of no visible fixings.

Architects looking for a smooth continuous joint now have the opportunity to specify the genius secret system. The system is available in ACM, PPC Aluminium, Zinc and Zinc lookalike for a wide palette of colour and materials. The method of the fixing detail chosen can have a fundamental and dramatic effect upon the final appearance of the façade. Using a secret fix method results in a smooth contemporary facade unobstructed by fixings.

Genius Prime 3mm Solid Aluminum

Introducing the genius prime system, the latest rainscreen innovation within the genius facades cladding range.

The genius prime system utilises a 3mm aluminum secret fix 'hook on' panel, which combines contemporary aesthetics whilst maintaining building regulations of a fire safe, fire rated, fire resistant facade.

The genius prime system can achieve a maximum panel face area of 4.5m2 with heights of up to 3880mm and widths up to 1500mm.

The 'hook on' method of the genius prime system allows rapid installation and is not encumbered by over complicated design and fixing methods.

The prime system can have discrete or secret fixings to allow for panels to be left out for mast climber and scaffold deconstruction where needed.

The genius curvation system is part of the latest high quality extruded 6063-T6 aluminium range.

The genius curvation system is totally unique and new to the UK. Until now, the only way that a curved facade panel could be fabricated was to “roll” the facade plate to the desired radius. As genius curvation is an extruded section, the accuracy achieved is extremely precise and assured to be consistent throughout the project.

Thus, genius curvation allows the Architect to be able to select a curved facade rainscreen panel with the accuracy associated with extruded aluminium, the linear expansion is 1mm/1000mm and the height expansion is 0.33mm/190mm.

Standard sizes for our genius curvation system are 190/225/290mm panel face height and maximum lengths can be up to 6000mm*.

The unitised system is completely interchangeable and

offers vast flexibility for architects and designers.

Our genius unitised system is a state of the art true unitised facade system.

The genius unitised system facade, allows the architect to be able to select a precise prefabricated facade system with the alignment accuracy associated with unitised applications.

The unitised facades comprise of prefabricated units, which are typically the width of the facade bay and one or two storeys high.

Each panel is fully assembled off site, allowing the units to be moved to site for fast installation on to pre-prepared fixings to either steel or concrete frames.

The unitised panels can use any combination of profiles, to give building designers complete aesthetic flexibility
