The iMes Solutions GmbH (limited liability) with headquarters sit-uated in Burghausen, Bavaria, Germany, is specialized on the de-velopment of MES software solutions for the automation sector of industrial plants.

With competence, many years of experience and in close cooper-ation with our customers, we are on our way towards industry 4.0 in order to push forward and optimize digitization in industrial pro-duction processes.

Digitization, acquisition and administration of warehouse and production data: iScan provides a direct connection to superior Enterprise Resource Planning Systems. Basic data and orders can be imported from the ERP system and process changes like goods movement and material consumptions are reported in real-time.

PLSDOC® is a PCS-independent documentation, mainte-nance and planning system for industrial plants in chemical industry, pharmacy, power plants, sewage treatment plants and petrochemistry.

Plant operators know the problem only too well: manually collected and documented violations of parameters or limit values are often unreliable, not correctly entered or not regis tered at all. Any kind of paper-based plant documen-tation risks multiple filing or filing at different locations – thus starting a very time-consuming document maintenance and search process.

PLSDOC® compares plant documentation in real-time with current parameters like limit values, control parameters, in-terlock information and step chains of the process control system. Revision of changes is han-dled automatically.
