Innovation Hub Cycle Implementation of first round
of ideas under process –ownership of which lies with the implementation team
Simultaneously, the next round of idea collection will begin in April, 2019 itself
Two cycles of the innovation hub will be followed in a year
Spot Recognition Along with the innovation hub
initiative, functional heads reward and recognize routine innovations or process improvements implemented by their team members
Recognition given in form of a recognition card/ memento and a mention on various digital platforms
